As part of my continuing development as not only an event planner but as a growing business, I always ask my clients for feedback. I ask clients to rate the quality of my service as well as areas in which I can improve. Next year I hope to have some statistics to show you once I have collated the last few years!I have just received a form back from Daniel and Aniela and they have blown me away with their praise.
