National Wedding Show
On Saturday I helped at the UKAWP stand at the National Wedding Show. The day was sold out with brides queuing to get into the show. There were so many faulous suppliers there with imaginative stands. I had a great time chatting to potential wedding planners about our courses but also brides themselves.
It gave the UKAWP a chance to explain wedding planners can assist with partial planning if brides dont want to hand over all the wedding plans. Many were interested in Wedding Day Management services whereby a wedding planner would attend on the day to project manage the wedding. I visited the national wedding show at Earls Court yesterday as part of our preparation for exhibiting at the NEC wedding show this coming weekend and was very pleased with what I saw and heard from all the other great photographers at the show. Lots of brides looking and quite a few actually booking at the show is great news for the industry during these challenging economic times.
