Real Wedding: Daniel & Aniela
At the end of 2007 I was hired by Daniel and Aniela to organise their wedding for Spring 2009. The wedding was never going to be typical with a civil ceremony, mixed faith blessing and afternoon tea in one venue, then cocktails and dinner at Aniela’s parents home. They were both clear on having a wedding that reflected their personalities and tastes, the end result was just breathtaking. They have been a joy to work with and I miss their emails and banter already. The wedding is due to be featured in You and Your Wedding so watch this space for more details.
The venue for the ceremony was the beautiful and quirky Milden Hall Barn (watch out for venue focus soon) in Suffolk. The interior was transformed with stunning floral arrangements from Jades Flowers
The chairs were from American Marquees and the 60ft aisle runner from Dream Occasions Hire.
The order of services were handmade by Daniel and Aniela and were beautiful.
The bridesmaids arrived in a vintage style bus and the bride a convertible morris minor from champagne classic. The bridesmaids were gorgeous in their dresses.
The ushers held an chuppah for the mixed blessing. I love this shot of Daniel and Aniela at the signing table facing all their friends and family.
The photography on the day was by the talented Kerry Morgan who I adore working with. Pt 2 of the wedding will be featured next week.
[…] In the second part of our report we show you how delightful the afternoon tea was. You can see part 1 here. […]
